Why do I do this work?
When I first became a manager, I had no formal experience or training. I made mistakes, faced difficult situations, and learned many lessons the hard way. Over time, through reflection,learning, and continued growth, I developed a leadership approach that is both results-oriented and people-focused, grounded in clarity, consistency, and impact.
