My name is Blagovesta, but everyone around me calls me Blaga.
I like to think that my name reflects not only my personality but also my approach to others – warm, human, and with a sincere desire to support people during moments of transition and growth.
Looking back, I remember how strongly I wanted to be a leader – not just a manager, but someone who inspires, encourages, and walks alongside their team. My journey has been full of lessons, challenges, and deeply rewarding moments. I’ve led teams in Bulgaria, the USA, Denmark, and the Philippines; taken part in international projects and transformations; built processes from the ground up; and supported people with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Why coaching?
Coaching is a natural evolution of my leadership skills – a tool that enables me to support people more effectively as they navigate change, challenges, and professional transitions.
What drives me?
I believe that every person needs space where they feel heard, understood, and challenged. A space where they can reconnect with their inner resources and move forward with clarity and meaning.
What is my aim?
My goal is for the people I work with to feel confident, grounded, and free to be their true selves – both in life and at work.
A Bit More About Me
I have over 15 years of experience in the corporate world. I hold two bachelor’s degrees – in Social Work and French Philology – and I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Strategic Management.
I speak Bulgarian, English, French, and Russian. In my everyday life, I’m a coach, a manager in a global analytics department, a student – and most importantly, a mother of two wonderful children.
I believe in people, in the power of well-crafted questions, and in the idea that… nothing is impossible!
